Data and retention

Your prompts are not stored

What you send to the endpoint is used to answer the request and then gone. We do not keep the messages, and nothing you send is used to train a model — not by us, and not by the infrastructure we run on.

What we do keep is the accounting: which key, which model, how many tokens, how long it took. That is what your usage page and your invoice are built from. The content of the request is not part of it.

Where it runs

The endpoint and the models we supply run in the EU. Customers using our managed database run on German data centres.

Your own provider key is a different contract

When you send an OpenAI or Anthropic model and your own key, the request runs under that provider's terms, not ours. What they store, how long, and whether they train on it is between you and them. We pass the request through and keep only the accounting line.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account in the console deletes the workspaces that belong to you alone, and the usage records go with them.

A workspace you shared with others is not yours to delete, so it stays, and so do its usage records — they belong to the workspace, not to you. Your keys are revoked either way: a key is a workspace credential, and it must not keep working on the devices of someone who no longer has an account.
